Rochester Linoleum and Carpet

OK, so the floor is in. HOWEVER, and it's not wife's fault no matter how pissed I am... the transitions between the several floor types never made it to the install order, so they weren't installed by Rochester Linoleum and Carpet. And the linoleum is curling at the edges because of that. And the install guy from Rochester Linoleum and Carpet informs us that it will be 48 hours to dry, not 24 like EVERYONE ELSE at Rochester Linoleum and Carpet that we had contact with said. Wife has had to sleep in a chair for an extra night. I have to cut an EMT shift short in order to come home for furniture moving, a day after we had planned to do it all. And I have to call the service center for Rochester Linoleum and Carpet Monday morning to arrange for the transitions. Oh, yeah, this is after I made a trip to the Rochester Linoleum and Carpet store yesterday morning to register my complaint.

Rochester Linoleum and Carpet Center is the company. Forewarned is forearmed.

And what pisses me off the most is that they already have the money. We did the finance plan thing and from the bill it is clear that Rochester Linoleum and Carpet Center had the money well before we had to cancel the first install due to the blackout.

Got that? Rochester Linoleum and Carpet Center, rating a C+ and falling fast.
